Each apartment is cleaned and returned to like new condition before every new move-in.
Work orders are submitted in our convenient portal system that is synced to our software, alerting maintenance of a new service call. At this time, you can choose to give permission to enter to repair the item or give a window they may meet you at during the week. The turnaround time is generally 48 hours unless there is a special circumstance such as ordering a new part.
When you move in, you are set up with a door key app so that you can always gain access to your apartment with your cell phone.
We offer resort style amenities including a heated pool and spa, a resident clubhouse with a Starbucks coffee machine and pool table, multiple outdoor decks including an outdoor movie theater with fire pits & BBQs, a 24 hr fitness center with hot saunas and technogym equipment, and more.
Our amenities open at 8 am and close at 10 pm, as quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. The exception is our finess center, which is available 24 hours a day.
Every apartment comes with at least one reserved parking space in the resident garage, with extra spaces available to rent depending on availability, and first come first serve guest parking is also available.
We are a pet friendly community! You may have up to two pets in each apartment, dog or cat, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs. Please contact the office for breed restrictions.
When bringing a furry friend into our apartment, you will register them in our online portal for a $20 fee that uploads their shot records, a $50 poo prints DNA registration (if you do not already have one), $50 monthly pet rent, and a $500 refundable pet deposit.
All apartments come fully equipped with full kitchens (including a rolling island), stainless steel appliances, central air, and in home washer and dryer.
We offer furnished, short term, and corporate apartments upon availability. Please reach out to the office with further inquiries.
We have a mailroom, a dedicated secured packaged room with an Amazon package locker. Your packages are delivered into this locker for 24-hour convenience in picking them up!
Our building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am

I have lived at a couple different apartment buildings (mostly in Beverly Hills) and the Mansfield has by far been the best experience. The amenities are amazing, the staff genuinely cares and they really make it feel like home. Even my neighbors are amazing. The Mansfield is a great place to live...a throwback to the past...its design pays homage to the site's history (the former Four Star Theatre) yet equipped with all the modern conveniences that are expected at a community of this caliber. This is hands down the best building I've ever lived in . I feel like i live in a resort , we have a ton of community events . All of my neighbors are wonderful friendly people & we've become friends and not only neighbors . It's very diverse building filled with different cultures. I've lived in many apartments over the years and The Mansfield is by far the best. My unit is a 1 bed loft, with two floors, two full bathrooms, a walk in closet, and a nice porch. The amenities are amazing, pool is always clean and hardly used, rooftop deck, nice gym. One thing I noticed right away was the little touches that make your life easier living in LA. The parking gate opens automatically as you turn the corner coming home. Parcel pending and amzn lockers for reliable package pickup.- Mark G.
